The Sponsorship Management Tool

Once activated, the Sponsor Management Tool will be included in your Organization backend under the Project management section.

Click the dropdown arrow in front of Sponsorships to open the sponsorship options.

Overview

Under Overview you have a full overview of your sponsors, the contributions of your sponsors and the exclusive sponsor pages. “Total” indicates the number of created items, “Public” indicates how many of these items are published and “Quota” indicates the number of items you are allowed to create. Contributions are unlimited, so no quota is needed here.

Sponsors

Under Sponsors you will be managing all your sponsors, sponsor contributions and contributed sites.

Sponsored Projects

Under Sponsored Projects you will be able to add Projects to your organization to the pool of available projects to be used for sponsorships.

Click Add Project on the top right of the window to open the Add Project window. Here you are able to search for projects or select directly from suggested projects. Click ADD at the bottom of the project card you want to add.

If you are not a member of the project you want to add you have to request permission to the projects owner before it will be added.

Once you have added the projects to be sponsored, you can then add them to the sponsors in the Sponsors section. You can add new projects at any time.

Sponsorship Management Navigation

Once you start creating sponsors, linking projects, creating contributions and linking benefitet sites, it may seem complicated to navigate through all, but with the navigation bar on the top of the Sponsorship Management page you can easily navigate between each different level. Simply click on the respective icons to jump to the level you want to manage.

By clicking on the dropdown arrow in front of each level, you are also able to select a specific item to manage.
