New Feature

Micro-Sites Campaigns (MSC) is a feature on explorer.land that provides a tangible way to connect individual contributions or purchases to specific, verifiable impact on the ground by allowing you to assign unique IDs and URLs to numerous individual land plots (represented as polygons) within a larger area of your project.
Key characteristics include:
Unique Access: Each "Micro-Site" gets its own unique URL or QR code.
Target Audience: These URLs can be given to specific clients, product buyers, or campaign participants.
Visualization: Recipients can use the link to view their specific plot on the explorer.land map, seeing exactly where it is located within the context of the overall project.
Essentially, it enables personalized digital connection to specific small pieces of land within a broader conservation or forestry project.

The tool lets organizations manage thousands of individual plots. Instead of just showing a map, you are creating a structured campaign event with:
Status Management: You can set campaigns to "Active," "In Preparation," or "Concluded," allowing you to time launches with marketing pushes.
Custom Branding: Each campaign can have its own visual identity with custom marker designs, polygon colors, and logos. This ensures the end-user sees the brand or sponsor associated with that specific restoration effort.
Batch Management: You can activate specific numbers of micro-sites at a time (e.g., activating 500 plots for a specific corporate partner) and generate CSV files containing unique URLs for distribution.

The core value proposition is traceability and personalization. Organizations use this to prove that a specific action (like buying a product) led or will lead to a specific result (protecting a specific plot of land). Sample link
1. Product Tying (Buy One, Plant One)
Scenario: A coffee brand wants to plant a tree or restore a square meter of forest for every bag of coffee sold.
Mechanism: The brand starts a "Micro-Sites Campaign" for a restoration project. They create 10,000 unique URLs. They print a QR code on each coffee bag.
User Experience: The customer scans the bag and is taken to their specific square meter of coffee forest. They see the exact location, not just a generic project page.
2. Corporate Gifting & CSR
Scenario: A tech company wants to give a sustainable gift to employees or conference attendees.
Mechanism: Instead of a merchandise product, they purchase 500 micro-sites. They email a unique link to each attendee.
User Experience: The attendee clicks the link and sees "Their" plot. The map marker can even be branded with the tech company's logo, reinforcing the connection between the employer and the positive impact.
3. Adopting a Piece of Nature
Scenario: A conservation NGO wants to move beyond generic donations.
Mechanism: They launch a campaign where donors can "adopt" a specific patch of restoration land.
User Experience: The donor receives a digital certificate with a link to their specific plot. They can visit the link anytime to see the project's progress updates (via the main project page context), feeling a continued sense of ownership and connection to that specific location.
