How to request a service

Last updated 11 days ago

Two ways to get started

Depending on what you need, you can either email the team directly or book a call.

Option 1 β€” Email for a quote

Best for clearly scoped requests β€” a specific data import, additional imagery, or a custom map.

Step 1: Email sales@openforests.com with your project name, the service you're looking for, and a brief description of your needs and timeline.

Step 2: The team will respond within 2 working days with a scoping proposal and pricing.

Step 3: Once you approve the quote, the team agrees a start date and hands off to the relevant specialist.

Option 2 β€” Book a call

Best for complex or less clearly defined needs β€” a large migration, a multi-system integration, or a custom reporting setup. A call is the faster route to getting clarity.

What to include in your request

To help the team respond quickly and accurately, include the following when you get in touch:

  • Your organisation name and the project(s) involved

  • The service or customization you're looking for

  • Your timeline or any deadlines to be aware of

  • Any existing data formats, systems, or constraints we should know about

  • Your current plan (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)

You don't need to have it all figured out. A rough idea of what you're trying to achieve is enough to get started.
