Publication Status

Last updated 10 months ago

Your project has 3 publication statuses:

  • Draft (offline)

  • Published (live)

  • Listed

Draft (offline)

As the name says, your project is on draft, only project members can see the preview of the project and only if they are logged in. Nothing in your project is made public, even published sites or posts within your project.

A window will popup asking you if you also want to request the listing of the project. Uncheck the Request listing box and click PUBLISH PROJECT.

Published (live)

When a project is published it becomes available for sharing. You can share your project presentation with anyone outside your organization by sharing the project’s URL.

You are also able to embed your project map on any website.

Publishing the project

When on draft mode, you can publish the project under the Publication Status on the top right of your project overview page.

We recomment completing the project before publishing it.

Listed

A listed project becomes visible on the explorer.land landing page with all the other listed projects.

Listing your project

Once published you can request the listing of your project under the Publication Status on the top right of your project overview page.

If your project was autorized listing before, you won’t need to request listing again when changing back from draft or published.
